International Summer Camp 2008 *** Tabarka Tunisia August 19/31
19th of (month): arrival at the hotel.
20th of (month): 5am to 6am: first training that includes different stretching exercises.
7Am to 9Am: breakfast
10am to 12Pm: training on basic techniques and combat tools.
12Pm to 13Pm: Lunch
14:30Pm to 16h-(4Pm): General Training on the beach, including swimming and beach games.
17:30Pm to 19h-(7pm): last training session, which includes special and advanced techniques.
20h-(8Pm): Dinner
31/08/2008: Grades exams for the competent students who are ready to take them.
